Relaxing your feet
Just like our minds require a break from daily work, our feet also need a chance to relax and breathe. Find a short window of time during the day when you can take off your shoes and give your feet a short stretch. They'll definitely appreciate it.
If you have a little more time, ask your partner for a foot massage, or treat yourself to a footbath and a pedicure. Both feel wonderful, and relax your feet and soul.
